On March 6, Washington, D.C. financial institutions regulation and enforcement partner William Sweet joined a panel discussion titled "Systemic Risk Supervision: Implications for U.S. and International Financial Institutions and Their Advisors" at PLI's Guide to Financial Institutions 2012 program in New York, which also was a live webcast. The panel discussed heightened supervision, including stress testing and capital plans; the effects on systemically significant banks and non-bank institutions; the implications for community, regional and super-regional banks; and the ongoing scrutiny of enterprise-wide risk management.
