On January 12, Los Angeles corporate partner Jonathan Friedman and Chicago/Los Angeles tax partner John Rayis spoke at PLI's "Real Estate M&A and REITs Transactions 2012" program in New York, which also was webcast live. The program focused on transactions completed in 2011 and explored the structures, legal frameworks and dynamics of the current environment.
