Roger S. Aaron is a senior corporate partner at Skadden, Arps. His practice focuses on merger and acquisition and related corporate and corporate governance matters. Mr. Aaron has represented many of the largest U.S. and non-U.S.-based companies in recent years in connection with significant transactions and other extraordinary matters. He also has worked over the years with a large number of investment banking, investment and private equity firms.

In addition to his active role in the firm’s corporate practice, Mr. Aaron is a frequent lecturer at various seminars and symposiums on merger and acquisition, corporate and securities law matters.
