Jen Spaziano represents a wide variety of clients in civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Ms. Spaziano has litigated before trial and appellate courts at the state and federal level. She has extensive experience in class action litigation, including actions arising under federal and state securities laws, and in actions brought under the False Claims Act (the FCA), the Fair Housing Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and the Alien Tort Statute. She has participated in numerous mediations, negotiated resolutions of complicated disputes and drafted complex settlement agreements.
Ms. Spaziano also represents clients in civil and criminal government investigations, including matters relating to the FCA, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and state and federal antitrust laws. In addition, she has assisted boards and audit committees in conducting internal investigations of potential corporate misconduct and corporate governance issues.
