P.J. Huff focuses on the financing, acquisition, disposition, development and restructuring of real estate and real estate-related assets in the Asia-Pacific region, including joint ventures, partnerships and private equity investments. Clients include financial institutions and real estate and opportunity funds.

Mr. Huff also focuses on tax-efficient non-recourse loan and bond financings of real estate and nonperforming loans, including mezzanine financing, other subordinated debt and preferred equity investments, and workouts and restructurings on behalf of debtors and creditors.

In addition, Mr. Huff has significant experience in the hospitality sector in the Asia-Pacific region.

Previously, Mr. Huff was a resident in the firm’s Chicago office.
