Skadden acted as U.S. legal adviser to the buyer group, comprised of Baihe Network Co., Ltd., LoveWorld Inc. and FutureWorld Inc., in the acquisition of Jiayuan.com International Ltd., China's largest online dating platform.

Skadden is advising Italy's F.I.L.A. (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A.) on its unilateral, irrevocable offer to acquire France's Canson from the Hamelin Group.
Skadden secured an appellate victory on behalf of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) in a putative class action challenging MassMutual's proxy statement regarding a proposed bylaw amendment on the alleged ground that the statement did not include potential negative consequences of the amendment.
