1. Information Collection and Use
We collect information about you and other alumni in a number of ways. For example, when you left the Firm, you may have provided us with personally identifiable information about you. We may also ask you to provide us information about you or other alumni on-line through the Alumni website.
We have used and will continue to use the information you provide us to create and update our alumni newsletter, the "In the News" area of the Alumni website, and the on-line and print versions of our alumni directory, to send you news about the Firm, and otherwise to foster communication among alumni and between alumni and the Firm. If you prefer that your personally identifiable information not appear in our on-line and/or print directories or prefer not to receive future communications from us, please see Section 9 below.
We will only publish your home contact information in our on-line and print directories if we have no business contact information in our records and we have obtained your prior consent.
We may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
2. Cookies and Log Files
We may place a "cookie" on your computer's hard drive when you log on to the Alumni website. This cookie is a piece of data that enables us to verify that you are an authorized user of the Alumni website. The cookie will be stored on your computer's hard drive until you log off from the Alumni website, unless your browser preferences are set otherwise.

The Alumni website may contain links to or from other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites you link to from the Alumni website or otherwise visit.
We implement various security measures to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line. Your personal information may be stored at facilities located across the world and not necessarily within the EEA. 6. Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or otherwise transfer certain of our assets.
