Anastasia Rockas is a partner in Skadden's Investment Management Group, focusing her practice on private investment funds and private equity investments.

Ms. Rockas' private investment fund practice comprises representing sponsors and investors (including lead investors) in forming and investing in domestic and offshore funds, such as leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, captive funds, and other private equity funds, including those targeted to particular industries, countries or regions. Ms. Rockas also has experience with managed accounts and investment advisory agreements. She has represented private equity investment principals in negotiating and documenting their compensation arrangements with financial institutions.

Ms. Rockas works on transactions in which private equity funds or other financial institutions make equity investments, primarily involving the purchase of preferred stock and warrants.
