William P. Frank has been one of the firm’s senior litigation attorneys and has been involved in the executive management of the firm for many years, including as a member of the Policy Committee. He represents major corporations, investment banking firms and individuals at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Frank concentrates on securities, commercial contract, fraud and RICO litigation, as well as class actions and shareholder derivative suits, arbitrations and international investigations. He also focuses on takeover cases and proxy contests, and SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) administrative proceedings and investigations, as well as oil and gas, real estate, insurance and ERISA litigations.
