Meryl Chae Recognized Among Daily Journal’s ‘Top Real Estate Lawyers’
Meryl Chae, the leader of Skadden’s Los Angeles real estate practice and one of the leaders of firm’s REIT practice, has been named once again to The Daily Journal’s annual list of “Top Real Estate Lawyers” in California. She was recognized for her representations of QIC Global Real Estate, Westfield America and M. David Paul & Associates. She also was included among the Los Angeles Business Journal's list of "Who's Who in L.A. Law: Angelenos to Know in Real Estate Law." The article highlighted Ms. Chae's cross-border work representing QIC in the formation of joint ventures with Forest City Enterprises to recapitalize and invest in a portfolio valued at $2.05 billion.
