The Houston office is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2019-2016) to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. Strong transactional experience on M&A or financing transactions is required. Ideal candidate will have experience with energy or other infrastructure (e.g., roads) development, project finance and/or project acquisition and dispositions. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
