The New York Executive Compensation and Benefits team is seeking outstanding lateral candidates with three to seven years' experience (i.e., class of 2019 to 2015) with sustained executive compensation expertise, including on public and private M&A transactions, equity compensation design, negotiation of employment and separation agreements, tax matters including Section 409A and Section 280G, and advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters. These positions will be based in our New York office, our largest office and headquarters of our broad-based international practice. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $295,000 to $415,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
