The Palo Alto office is looking for a qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience in an executive and compensation benefits department of a major U.S. law firm. Knowledge on the preparation of compensation sections, proxy statements, and public disclosures is preferred. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) is preferred. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is required. CA bar preferred.
