Job Summary

This position will provide administrative support to Attorney Recruiting Department activities and operations and coordinates resource sharing among the global recruitment team.



  • Provides operational support to Attorney Recruiting team on tasks related to lateral and student recruitment and the Summer Associate Program.
  • Coordinates expense process for department, which includes payments and reimbursements to vendors, department staff and recruits. 
  • Coordinates vendor contract review and approval process for department events and projects.  
  • Coordinates internal and external negotiations as needed to meet department objectives.
  • Assists with preparation and distribution of monthly and annual outcome reports, and assists with statistics projects as needed.
  • Assists with updates and sharing of resources (e.g., department knowledge management site, marketing templates, correspondence templates) for firmwide members of the department.
  • Assists with collection of data and responses for internal and external surveys.
  • Performs general administrative duties including receiving/responding to department inquires and generating correspondence.
  • Assists with inter-department projects as needed.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
  • Manages Firm resources responsibly.
  • Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
  • Knowledge of Firm operation, policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand and handle basic vendor contracts and articulately discuss the terms
  • Ability to process expenses in an accurate and thorough manner
  • Ability to compile and draft statistics
  • Knowledge of Firm operation, policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of two years' related experience
