Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Well-Being, the Global Well-Being Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of Well-Being programs and initiatives across the Firm. Additionally this position; 

  • Supports the Assistant Director and Global Manager of Well-Being in the development of multi-level strategies and processes to foster the health and well-being of the Skadden community 
  • Coordinates, plans, assists and facilitates physical, emotional, financial and social well-being activities and programs locally, regionally, globally and departmentally
  • Utilizes background in health related field to communicate Firm Well-Being priorities and guide attorneys and professional staff to appropriate internal and external resources
  • Liaises across departments and offices and ensures accurate and timely responses to requests for departmental services
  • Provides administrative support for the Well-Being department including, but not limited to, providing logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops, tracking attendance and distributing surveys; maintaining calendars and electronic files; preparing correspondence, presentations, documents and reports; actively managing and preparing new and existing consultant and vendor processes and database; monitoring budgets; processing invoices; and assisting with travel management and expense reports
  • Tracks and monitors program evaluation data and reviews and analyzes program feedback
  • Coordinates the production of internal marketing and communication materials and content, including special program launches, production of educational tools and resources, emails, newsletters and content for the intranet
  • Handles requests, orders and distribution of Well-Being incentives
  • Manages Firm resources responsibly
  • Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


  • Proficiency with relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates curiosity, humility, creativity and innovation in producing and fostering new and ongoing Well-Being initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, project management and planning skills
  • Ability to work across regions globally

  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs within a hybrid working model
  • Flexibility to travel to various offices of the Firm within the domestic United States and internationally, as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree and three years or more of progressively responsible related experience required; MPH, MSW or similar advanced degree preferred
