The Palo Alto office is looking for a qualified candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing executive compensation and benefits in a major U.S. law firm. Candidates with company representation and compensation disclosure experience as well as experience with transactional executive compensation and benefits issues are preferred. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is required. CA bar preferred.
