The Washington, D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is currently searching for Staff Attorneys to join their Antitrust Practice. The responsibilities of Skadden's Staff Attorneys include document review and assisting with preparation of Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger filings. Staff Attorneys work closely with other members of our Antitrust Department on a wide variety of Antitrust matters.
Any candidate must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school and have demonstrated strong academic performance. Candidates must be eligible to waive into the District of Columbia bar if they are not already members.
