Georgetown Law's 11th Annual Global Antitrust Enforcement Symposium

On September 12, antitrust and competition partners Tara L. Reinhart of Washington, D.C. and Kenneth Schwartz of New York participated in Georgetown Law's 11th Annual Global Antitrust Enforcement Symposium in Washington, D.C. The symposium covered new developments in global merger enforcement, cartel enforcement and policy, "hot topics" on the global enforcement agency agendas, and perspectives from an in-house counsel. Ms. Reinhart participated in a panel discussion titled " Competitor Collaboration Issues, " and Mr. Schwartz joined a panel titled "Merger Enforcement."
