Skadden attorneys spoke at PLI’s “Pocket MBA 2017: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals" held November 20-21 in New York. New York corporate finance partner Laura Kaufmann Belkhayat gave the opening remarks and counsel Benjamin Marsh spoke on a panel titled "Financing Alternatives."
This event also was held in Chicago November 1-2. Chicago corporate counsel Craig Alcorn participated in a discussion on "Closing the Transaction: Practical Legal Considerations."
