Intellectual property litigation partner Douglas Nemec and associate Christopher McKinley led a program titled “Ethics for Patent Practitioners: From Application to Appeal” organized by Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts on September 28. Mr. Nemec and Mr. McKinley discussed major ethics issues associated with patent practice, beginning with the responsibilities attendant to filing and prosecuting patent applications.
