On April 19, New York intellectual property and technology partner Anthony Dreyer served as moderator of a panel discussion titled “IP Face Off: Athletes, Sponsors and the Right of Publicity” at the 2013 Fordham Sports Law Symposium. The panel discussed publicity rights, branding, marketing and advertising, and other intellectual property issues involved in the business of sports.
