The Role of the New York Courts in International Disputes

On May 17, New York litigation of counsel and former New York state Chief Judge Judith Kaye and litigation and international arbitration partner Lea Haber Kuck and counsel Gregory Litt participated in a panel discussion, "The Role of the New York Courts in International Disputes," as part of the New York State Bar Association’s 2013 Global Law Week. Panelists also included former New York Court of Appeals Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick and NYU Law School professor Franco Ferrari. The event was held in Skadden's New York office.
