Washington, D.C. tax partner Hal Hicks once again spoke at PLI's "International Tax Issues" seminar. The event was held in New York on Jan. 30, 2014, and webcast live. Mr. Hicks took part in a panel titled "Cross Border M&A Planning" and covered acquisitions of foreign targets and maximizing use of foreign cash to fund acquisitions, among other topics.
