Daniel Becker represents U.S. and international clients in connection with internal and regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and a wide variety of complex corporate, commercial and securities litigations in federal and state courts.

Mr. Becker has represented corporations and individuals in a variety of industries and business sectors, including financial services, health care, travel and hospitality, manufacturing and technology. He advises individual and corporate clients in regulatory and internal investigations, including enforcement matters before the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has assisted corporate boards and committees in conducting internal investigations related to accounting, financial, employment and other matters. He also has significant experience defending clients in various types of civil litigation, including securities fraud class actions, RICO, contract and tort litigation, and shareholder derivative actions.

Mr. Becker currently serves as pro bono counsel to the Duke University School of Law Wrongful Convictions Clinic in connection with a North Carolina prisoner’s claim of actual innocence.
