Pamela S. Brantley focuses on defending companies and their officers and directors in mergers and acquisitions litigation, complex commercial disputes, and securities and fiduciary duty cases. Her experience includes representing clients as plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in all phases of litigation.

Prior to joining the Houston Litigation Group, Ms. Brantley was an associate in Skadden’s Corporate Restructuring Group. Her practice focused on representing debtors and secured creditors in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.

Ms. Brantley also is devoted to pro bono work and has worked on matters in immigration, labor and employment, and family law fields.
