Bio

Jessica Frogge has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the country and in all phases of litigation, including trial and appellate, as well as investigations and enforcement actions pursued by the Department of Justice, the Securities Exchange Commission, and other federal and state regulators.

Ms. Frogge focuses on complex commercial litigation, consumer fraud and product labeling class actions, constitutional issues, and disputes related to mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Frogge also has handled a variety of pro bono matters, including criminal appeals and habeas petitions in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She also helped draft an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court on First Amendment issues. Ms. Frogge serves on the board of directors of the Uptown People’s Law Center, a nonprofit legal organization.
