  • Empire State Development Corporation in connection with its Atlantic Yards Land Use Improvement and Civic Project, a major mixed-use development, including the Barclays Center, 16 residential and commercial buildings and civic facilities;
  • Sony Corporation in connection with the sale and leaseback of its U.S. headquarters building at 550 Madison Avenue in Manhattan;
  • Silverstein Properties, Inc. in a joint venture in connection with a luxury hotel development in Florida;
  • Two Trees Management, Inc. in connection with a partnership agreement for a hotel development in Brooklyn;
  • Bank of America in the leasing of office space in Lower Manhattan;
  • SL Green Realty Corp. in the refinancing of 1515 Broadway;
  • Deutsche Bank AG in connection with a mortgage loan and multiple-tier mezzanine loans secured by the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego; and
  • AREA Property Partners in the acquisition and development of the Makena Beach and Golf Resort in Maui.
