Kristine Dunn is a partner in the firm’s Banking Group.

Ms. Dunn represents corporations, equity sponsors and strategic investors, as borrowers, and investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions, as agents and lenders, in a broad range of transactions encompassing a wide variety of industries, including real estate, gaming, media, telecommunications, technology, retail and manufacturing. Such transactions have included acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset-based loans, first-lien/second-lien financings, subordinated debt, mezzanine financings, out-of-court restructurings and other types of complex and traditional financings.

Ms. Dunn was a member of the deal team recognized by the Daily Journal with a 2016 “California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year” award for innovative work on behalf of Broadcom Corporation in its acquisition by Avago Technologies.
