• the management board of an international automobile manufacturer on the board’s emission-related legal duties
• the supervisory board of STADA Arzneimittel AG in connection with the US$5.6 billion public tender offer by Nidda Healthcare Holding AG, a holding company controlled by funds advised by Bain Capital Private Equity, LP and Cinven Partners LLP
• the management board of a German financial institution in a post-management buyout dispute
• a foreign government in a global investigation involving corruption and money laundering allegations in connection with the purchase of military aircraft
