Michael H. Lee

Bio

Michael Lee has represented asset managers, banks and a variety of other clients in structured finance transactions and other transactions with significant asset, cash flow or complex structural components.

Mr. Lee’s experience includes trade receivables financings, collateralized loan obligation transactions, credit card securitizations, sports league financings, repurchase facilities, auto loan and auto lease financings and securitizations, and marketplace lending (or other electronic platform consumer credit) transactions. Mr. Lee also has assisted clients in connection with forming and launching private distressed debt funds and publicly traded commodity pools.

In addition, Mr. Lee’s experience at Skadden since 2008 has afforded him the opportunity to assist clients in a wide variety of circumstances, including supporting clients in connection with disputes, litigation and governmental investigations; assisting with advocacy projects relating to new laws and regulations; and helping clients address troubled asset or troubled transaction situations.
