Joseph Miron
Joseph Miron concentrates his practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and securities law.


Mr. Miron regularly represents Fortune 500, middle-market and emerging companies on a wide variety of acquisition transactions, leveraged buyouts, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings and recapitalizations, and joint ventures.

In the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions area, Mr. Miron has worked on behalf of acquirors and targets involving both private and public companies, as well as other stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions in a number of both domestic and international corporate matters.

Mr. Miron also advises clients, including special committees and executives, in a variety of other strategic matters, including those relating to corporate governance and disclosure issues, stockholders’ agreements, employment agreements and other executive compensation arrangements.
