Jacqueline C. Schwenk

Bio

Jacqueline Schwenk advises on the tax aspects of both domestic German and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for a wide range of clients, including private equity funds, multinational corporations and financial institutions.

As part of her legal traineeship, she worked for Skadden in the tax practice in Munich and New York.

Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Schwenk worked for a major U.K. law firm as a research assistant in the tax group. She gained her first practical experience in tax working at one of the Big Four consulting firms in New York and Munich in international tax services and through completion of several internships.

Ms. Schwenk studied law at the University of Munich, receiving her first and second state exam, after having received her bachelor’s degree in economics.
