Skadden, Arps was named Securitization Team of the Year (Americas) for 2005 by IFLR at its awards dinner for the firm's work on Tourmaline CDO I, the first hybrid CDO combining both funded and unfunded assets and liabilities, and Wirefree Partners III.
IFLR's team-of-the-year accolades are awarded to "those law firms that have demonstrated a consistent ability to offer high-quality legal advice on specialist, complex and groundbreaking matters across a particular practice area or jurisdiction."
