Skadden Partners Active in ABA's "Back to Business Law" Project

Skadden was featured prominently in a New York Times article about a pilot program introduced by the American Bar Association's Business Law Section called "Back to Business Law," which provides seminars and networking opportunities for lawyers who have left active practice, including women who leave to care for children, but are still interested in law. Skadden partners Linda C. Hayman, incoming chairwoman of the ABA's Business Law Section organized the project and Kayalyn A. Marafioti, is chair of the "Back to Business Law" Advisory Board. The pair were quoted in the article along with Skadden partner Edward P. Welch, who was a featured speaker at a "Back to Business Law" seminar.
