Skadden Represents EMC in Its Acquisition of RSA Security

Skadden is representing EMC Corporation, a provider of computer hardware data storage devices, services and software, in its $2.1 billion acquisition of RSA Security Inc., a provider of security hardware and software to monitor access to computer networks. Both companies are based in Massachusetts.
