Skadden Named the Best Corporate Law Firm in the United States by Corporate Board Member (July/August 2006) Magazine

For the sixth straight year, Skadden, Arps was named the best corporate law firm in the United States in Corporate Board Member magazine's survey of "America's Best Corporate Law Firms," in which 1,390 directors and 279 general counsel of publicly traded companies were asked to identify the law firms they most admire. The firm also ranked first in a separate survey, in which Corporate Board Member asked general counsel which law firms they would most want to represent their companies on national matters.
