Three Delta LLP Acquires Four Seasons Health Care Limited

Skadden is representing Three Delta LLP, an investment company in the United Kingdom, in its US$2.7 billion acquisition of Four Seasons Health Care Limited (United Kingdom), an operator of nursing homes and specialized care centers, from private equity firm Allianz Capital Partners GmbH (Germany) through Delta Commercial Property LP, an investment entity of Three Delta LLP.
