Skadden is representing Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC in its proposed initial public offering, filed on July 2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Och-Ziff, based in New York, is one of the largest institutional alternative asset-management firms, with approximately $26.8 billion of assets under management. It announced it will offer up to $2 billion worth of Class A shares.
