Skadden again ranked first in The National Law Journal survey of the go-to law firms for America's biggest corporations, representing more companies among the Fortune 250 than any other firm. The survey, published in the Sept. 17 issue, is based on research of public court records. Corporate Counsel magazine, which published the survey in its September issue, says Skadden "takes the cake" when it comes to representing corporate America. Skadden also ranked first among law firms in the number of mentions associated with corporate transactions.
