Noted in the April 7 publication were Skadden's representation of Anheuser-Bush in its putative class action alleging underage advertising, Empire State Urban Development Corp. in the Atlantic Yards redevelopment project in Brooklyn, New York, and DaimlerChrysler in its victory in a $1.3 billion securities case filed by investor Kirk Kerkorian.
