Former partner John Moot has re-joined the firm after serving as the chief of staff and general counsel at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Mr. Moot, who will be resident in the Washington, D.C. office, is a partner in our Energy Regulation and Litigation Group. A lawyer at Skadden from 1992-2005 (and partner since 1999), he will advise clients in all aspects of electric utility regulation and deregulation.
