The Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the educational arm of the nation's largest advocacy group for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans, gave Skadden a score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, which rates companies across all industries on their employment policies and benefits regarding LGBT employees. The HRC identified Skadden as one of the "Best Places to Work" for LGBT employees.
