Skadden advised Nasdaq-listed IAC/Interactive Corp. on the US$493 million sale of its 30 percent interest in Jupiter Shop Channel to affiliates of Sumitomo Corporation, a transaction that closed on Dec. 8. Headquartered in Tokyo, Jupiter Shop Channel was established in 1996 and runs the largest specialized TV shopping channel in Japan.
