Skadden ranked first among law firms representing Fortune 100 companies on corporate transactions, according to a survey to be published in the September 2008 issue of Corporate Counsel magazine. For its annual "Who Represents America's "Biggest Companies" issue, the magazine used research for 2007 from Thomson Reuters and Thomson West.
