Daily Journal Profiles Posner as one of the Top Women Litigators (May 2009)

Los Angeles litigation partner Harriet Posner has again been named one of the city’s “Top Women Litigators” by the Daily Journal. The publication particularly noted her representation of Activision Blizzard Inc. in intellectual property litigation, a shareholder class action, a derivatives action and a case that could have threatened the company’s $18 billion merger with Vivendi Games.
