Skadden is representing the Audit, Conflicts and Governance Committee of Enterprise Products GP, LLC, the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners, LP, in connection with the planned merger of Enterprise with TEPPCO Partners, LP. The combined partnership, which will retain the name Enterprise Products Partners LP, will form the largest publicly traded energy partnership with an enterprise value of more than $26 billion.
