Skadden is representing MacroMarkets LLC as sponsor of its MacroShares Major Metro Housing Up Trust and the paired MarcoShares Major Metro Housing Down Trust in the listing of the trusts on the NYSE Arca platform. MacroMarkets registered $345 million of the Up MacroShares and $785 million of the Down MacroShares. This marks the first time investors will be able to purchase exchange-traded products linked to U.S. housing. The shares began trading on June 30.
