Blackstone Holdings Finance Issues $600 Million in Notes

Skadden advised Morgan Stanley, Citi and the other initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $600 million in senior notes by Blackstone Holdings Finance Co. L.L.C., an indirect subsidiary of The Blackstone Group LP. The senior notes will be guaranteed by The Blackstone Group L.P. and its indirect subsidiaries.
