Skadden is representing Chase Bank USA, National Association as sponsor of its credit card securitization vehicle, the Chase Issuance Trust, in connection with the public issuance of $2.775 billion of credit card asset-backed notes. The September 16, 2009 offering is being made outside of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility and is scheduled to close on September 23.
