Pacific Century Group Acquires Stake in AIG's Asset Management Business

Skadden represented Pacific Century Group in connection with its acquisition of a portion of the investment advisory and asset management business of American International Group, Inc. The deal, for approximately $500 million, was announced on September 5, 2009.
